The program Talos.exe version 3.0.3.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed.

exe files then reverified (no change), I have not switched between DX9/DX11 or OpenGL since it didn't seem like that worked for people having this issue. Seems like people have had this issue before, I verified local content (no change), deleted the Talos Principle. Just purchased the game and after starting it up I got an unresponsive black screen.
